
I know my last post on self care (from Me to You :meaning the way I take care of myself, my body and my skin and I just started doing these recently and since about 2 weeks ago) is just my personal and daily routine, and I know it might not work for all skin types or everybody.
Here are a few more tips on how to take care of your body:
Firstly , I will like to say ; It is your body , so if you look good or bad it is for yourself .Looking good like they say is Serious Business (Your Business) and in order to achieve best results, You have to the right mindset, the right thinking towards the way you Look. Just like every decision you make, Or every project you embark on
, personal or professional, You have to be committed to it.

Taking
care of your Body
Have the
right reason: Am not saying it’s a bad decision o, but please don’t decide
to start taking care of yourself because of someone else (i.e a
spouse,bf,gf,friends/peer…etc). Decide to look good for yourself, that way you
are confident and committed to it since you don’t have to wait or expect
anyone’s approval. The only you should have to look good, is just simply
because you want to look good for YOURSELF!!!.
Have A
routine: Develop a routine, something that works for you (see Self care…Me to You). As you still get to take care of yourself at your pace and it still feels
good.
Have a soul search Moment/Period: Although sometimes you might not be able to control emotions but you can choose your thoughts, and most times your emotions are results of what you think about, so you can imagine how happy you will be when you think right.
Chose to think the right things, Be positive, Meditate , Dream big (List out your Goals{big & small}), Read what inspires you (Don’t forget your spirituality too /Read the Holy book)……
Have a Fresh Mindset(think freshness):
I am so obsessed with freshness, with what I eat, wear, where I go to, You know the feeling that comes with Freshness?..*winks #Frosh. This also has a lot to do with your hygiene, as the saying goes Cleanliness is close to Godliness and when you are Godly, freshness just comes naturally.

Have a Plan: Always include everything you have to do in order to look good in your plans (daily, weekly, monthly, yearly and every time). Include your beauty plans in your tasks, it is as important as all those other things…lol
Have WATER.
Lol, now I know this is funny, but as normal as it seems or sounds , water is very essential and we all can’t do without it. Water is for bathing, cooking, cleansing (anything) we use water for a lot of things, so we can’t neglect it. It is very important that in taking care of yourself , you have to stay Hydrated (drink water always!) ,start your day with a glass of water , replace the coffee/tea sometimes with just lukewarm water and lemon/ginger.
